Some of our work
Public service pension reform
In 2015, the Government reformed the majority of public service pension schemes. Scheme changes however, were later found to be discriminatory against younger members. The Department for Health and Social Care required specialist programme management, consulting and advisory services to support the implementation of the McCloud Programme to rectify any discrimination faced by eligible members of the NHS Pension Scheme.
Future Services programme management support
In 2021 the Cabinet Office initiated a high-profile Programme to deliver the procurement and implementation of the Pensions Administration Contracts for two schemes which it holds the role of Scheme Manager for, these being the Civil Service Pension Scheme and the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme. This is very technical Programme which required public sector procurement, IT, Pensions and transformational change expertise.
Assessment of PPM capbility
The Department for Education required support to enhance their existing project management office capability in preparation for the reprocurement of an administration service for the Teacher’s Pension Scheme. The aim was to ensure the embedding on practice whilst acknowledging existing levels of PPM expertise.
