The World Health Organisation were supporting the Romanian Ministry of Health in Health Service reform activities as part of the WHO led project National Recovery and Resilience Plan for Romania. Part of this work focusses on Human Resources for Health and the development of a digital/IT solution to create a Registry of the Healthcare Professionals in Romania. WHO required complex IT tender experience under EU procurement and regulatory environments alongside cultural awareness and IT expertise to develop a statement of requirement as well as clarity on the key aspects that bidders will need to understand including technical, policy and scope.
Cabinet Office needed an experienced Exit Manager to manage a number of business-critical workstreams needed to ensure the successful delivery of two key projects within the Future Services Programme. Specifically, this entails the transition of the Civil Service Pension Scheme and Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme Pensions Administrative Services to new contracts with the collective value of in excess of £350 million. The migration of the RMSPS contract requires a migration and technical re-platforming of the incumbent supplier as they were successful in securing the new contract following a competitive tender.
In 2021 the Cabinet Office initiated a high-profile Programme to deliver the procurement and implementation of the Pensions Administration Contracts for two schemes which it holds the role of Scheme Manager for, these being the Civil Service Pension Scheme and the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme. Acuity were responsible for directing this programme, which included the onboarding and leading of external legal procurement specialist, Cabinet Office Complex Transition Teams and Cabinet Office Commercial teams to develop and deliver a robust procurement.
